African Queen on blu-ray

The new African Queen release on Blu-ray is incredible. It is amazing, the picture quality, color and detail in all the shots in the jungle. I have never seen it look so good. It's a great movie of course. I had not realized they brought a massive 3-strip technicolor camera out to the jungle, which is why the quality can look so good today. Of course, the special effects are dated and unrealistic, but easy (for me) to overlook.

but I should pick this up when I can get it for $12 or so. Bogart is too good to forget and the picture quality seems incredible.
