Shouldn't have.
Follow Ups:
B movie at best and "bunch a group of mostly has-been actors into a movie to try and make some money" movie, and you're surprised they suck? :) I wouldn't spend my money on either.

At that time will definitely rent it - I usually enjoy Stallone's junk movies.

should have been called, "The Execrables."
Bad writing (even the buddy jokes were stale as month-old bread). Bad acting. And Ahnie looks like he is very sick: he's emaciated and looks like his face was constructed. Couture has no future in film. Stathan shows he'd better stick to kicking people in the face: he can't say more than four or five words without gasping.
If you like lots of ridiculous "action," such as two men killing (in hand-to-hand combat, no less) twenty or so soldiers (why must a group of soldiers in these situations always stand back, respectfully, as their colleagues one-by-one are dispatched?) then this will be your "Wild Strawberries" of the genre.
And... Dolph Lundgren? Ahnie makes him look healthy.

altho it got a decent, guily pleasure, type review here.
The evil sister-n-law is coming for Labor Day, I'm praying the Clooney flick gets good reviews as I'll be forced to take em to Piranha if not.

You're a brave man to walk point like that.
I'm coming out - I actually like Stallone's flicks.

You expected something different? I saw them both too. They were pretty much what I expected. Well Piranha had even more T&A than I expected. Didn't know you could do that much full frontal in an exploitation movie and still get an R rating. I was a bit surprised that Stallone has reached the point where he really needs subtitles. Modern day grindhouse movies. Pure guilty pleasures. One step above going to a strip club.
