Egghead question: How much does Netflix pay for postage?

That permit costs what per item? I sure as hell know it couldn't be 39 cents. Anybody have any idea and how often they might negotiate with USPS. I'm sure USPS is not happy with their streaming as they are so desperate for business.
(Every time I go to a window they now jump on me like a used car salesman.)
