This is a low budget documentary about a young man who has an online relationship with a woman and her two daughters. One of the critics said it had a Hitchcock like ending. Not so! The entire story and exact details that unravelled were completely predictable within the early minutes.
SPOILER ALERT
It was quite obvious to me that he was talking to a 40ish yr old woman and NOT a 19yr old and certainly not an 8 yr old. The 8 year old sounded like a 40 year old woman trying to talk like a baby. It was hard for me to believe that the young men bought into it at any time. Lured by the appeal of a sexy 19 year old girl, he seemed to have genuinely fallen for it. The story was not extraordinary at all. If you've spent any length of time socializing online, you've probably run into similar characters. I have.
Follow Ups:
not a surprise at all, instead it was about what I would have expected if I were in their shoes.
just a bunch of hype
I think there was some controversy as to whether or not the guys believed her or just wanted to make a film and used her to get it done.
I am glad I did not bother to rent the film

...it was an interesting film up to a point.
Then it became pretty obvious what was going on.
Was it an orchestrated set-up for the film?
Hitchcock? Are you kidding me? (Who in the world said that?)
More like a bad sit-com with amateurs.
Not recommended.
It just sucked.
