Throughout the world, a graffiti artist named Banksy gained notoriety for his audacious work. In LA, a French expat became interested in graffiti artists and began filming them working. Finally, he managed to contact and film the hyper-elusive Banksy. As the filming progressed, an amazing reversal occurred. This film, chronicling the documentary by the Frenchman, actually is directed by Banksy. Confused? Wait till you watch the film....

It was nominated for a Documentary Academy Award and there was speculation about whether Banksy would show up at the Oscars.

they asked him not to come and he didn't, although someone jokingly claimed Christian Bale with the beard was really him.
