This movie is hard to watch at first (hand held camera from hell) but, once I got into it, I really liked all the effects and the way information was fed us. Like the way Noe showed how close the brother and sister were by showing them as children and then as adults in the same shot and poses. The way time melted from past to present was done in a seamless way that clarified the story in a surreal manner I enjoyed.
In the middle of all the effects there was a simple story that was fairly easy to follow.
At times I was trying to figure out how they did the effects so maybe it was a bit too much but still very enjoyable.
I am just glad there is someone out there that will take a risk like this - one hell of a production.
P.S. SPOILER
the birth scene at the end, from conception to umbilical cord clipping, was really well done, very nice visuals.

Follow Ups:
The giant penis head cuming in my face from the inner vaginal POV was the proverbial straw. This was film making masturbation IMO. at least I didn't have a siezure. apparently several people did have them while watching this one in theaters.

once I realized what it was
like, "Avatar," this is a real film about humans in the real world.
It's easy to make up a world from one's armchair; the author can be as innocent as a child. Indeed, fantasies mostly appeal to kids and adults with limited experience.
