  It's a story about the Cleveland Mafia of the past. I regularly drive past the building where Danny Greene (the Irishman) was blown up. Not filmed here in Cleveland :(

  Great from the standpoint this was based on a true story but Ray Stevenson just can't play a younger man. He just wasn't the right guy for the role.

      Again, search my Films/DVD post of 04/15/11 titled "Kill The Irishman"
      I re-titled this post to bring more folks to this very engaging gangster film. It's a lot of fun in a perverse way. Maybe a little tongue in cheek.
      I just think the film critics, particularly the Cleveland contingent, took the whole thing way too serious.
