    I have to view them on a smaller tv as the older " made for television" production quality is pretty much unwatchable on my 50" set. The books are excellent.

      I still have a 36" Sony Vega from 2002. It'd be a shame if the image was so poor it became a distraction from enjoying the Movie.
      
      Every time I shop for a Plasma TV I read something to dissuade me..

      I wish we had more of even lesser quality still and I'd prefer it to much else. You just can't get that depth of character development in a 2 hour Film.. If I;m going to be drawn into an imaginary world I really want to be able to forget my own and that just takes for me an extended venture yet I find it so fully enjoyable I wouldn't have preferred it were never made.
