From maybe 20 years ago (give or take). People are on a spaceship and things start breaking down. Turns out there's someone on the ship who was mutilated (arm cut off, some other things I forget). Anyway, the ship starts trying to maim the crew just the same way.
No, it's not Pandorum or Event Horizon or any of that stuff.
Anyone?

That's all. The maiming thing is the main thing I remember. The guy who was originally maimed somehow got hooked up to control the ship and then he caused all the problems?
Or his personality leaked into the ships computer and the computer went crazy and starting trying to make the crew just like him?
