The guy who played the polite Nazi in "Inglorious Basterds" is the dubious prize winner in my opinion, but there are some real gems here.

How about this guy? Lots of cops that were villains.

I suppose the definition of "bad guy" they're using must be strictly that.
No Bad Cop, Bad Cowboy, Bad Teacher, Bad Priest... just Bad Guy.
