MAD MEN WTF? Was Don Draper dreaming at the end of last nights episode?

It seems like David Lynch directed it. There is still a surprise or two...

It took me a while to get back into this series (maybe it was the 15 month wait for this season to begin) but last nights episode got me hooked again, despite being melodramatic (and possibly fever induced dreams) there are still some worthwhile nuances (Peggy looking at her purse when she leaves it with the 'negro' secretary) that are well done.

this season and last are terrible! don is a shadow of his old self.

The show was OK for the first season, became boring from there, and now is ho-hum. I can watch it... I can turn it off... I really don't care. I just realized I missed it last night - if you didn't remind me I would not have noticed.

It is the same, always the same, scenes with Dan and the rest doing the same stuff over and over again... no development, no drama, no nothing... just cold last week's grits.

    pat so many hineys, litter like crazy, and use Negro without impunity, without it becoming boring over time. The show is aimed a Boomers so we can wax nostalgic about how badly our parents were behaving.

    I told Mrs. Nasty that was the true Dick Whitman coming out. Of course after I said that they went into halllucination/dream default mode.
    Without that as a hook, where are they gonna go? What's going to provide the drama? Maybe Don really killed Andrea and Megan dismembered the body and dissolved it in acid while Don was asleep and is gonna hold it over his head later. Or not.

      Watched 52 episodes in record time. Those were the good days when you drank on the job and did what you wanted.

of course, it was. I look forward to every week's episode. Great show despite some clunky directing ever now and then. The addition of the Goldstein kid looks like a good casting move. Glad Sally got some lines this week, the kid looks like she's gonna be a real good actress as she matures.
