The scary truck with the never-seen driver chases Dennis Weaver for 90 minutes. Much better than the mechanical shark. This was Spielberg's first movie (1971).

Perfectly cheesy and scary at the same time.

After seeing it I never looked at the water the same way again.

Otherwise, endlessly re-watchable.

    I remember the bitter fight over who got to sleep on the top bunk... We had convinced ourselves that a Great White could come bursting in at any moment.
