  There must be some independents left. That's the situation here in the frozen wasteland of southern Vancouver Island; the mom-n-pop video buff stores that carried UK TV and foreign films are still surviving. And that's in spite of the fact that our library system carries similar titles and loans them for free.

    I think once I find one I'll be OK.
    
    I lived in Whistler for a few years as a ski bum. Been around V.I. . Long beach ,Hornby, but never saw Southern V.I. That was back when the VCR wasnt even invented yet.
    
    I'm shure there's got to be something out there. It's all kind of mysterious that its hard to find DVDs all of a sudden!!
