I saw this film 34 years ago during its initial release or shortly thereafter a block from where I'll see it this evening... I skipped school with a friend and made our way into Harvard sqaure... we ended up seeing the Last Wave... Hofmann's Potion on board.

I first saw The Last Wave at an artsy theater in Berkeley, Ca. as a double feature with the original "Wickerman" (also a good film). This was probably in the early 80's. I have owned a copy ever since.
