I bought a movie last night on sale for $9.99.

This morning it was $3.99. I called them and they said, 'sorry, it's in the box, we can't cancel it'. (Which is weird because I did free shipping and it's in the box ALREADY?)

I told them to give me a credit, they said 'NO'. I told them I do a LOT of business and hey, I want the SIX BUCKS. So they looked at my account and said, 'ok'.

These goofy prices up and down over a space of hours... WTF? All it does is piss people off.
