As they roll the title, we see him in his Santa suit out in an alley behind a bar puking out his abdomen. It just gets better from there. A true classic for the kiddies.
This beer click is so damn funny, Thornton will be remembered forever for this; right along with Brenda Lee for Jingle Bell Rock, as things you'll want to forget, but no way will it happen.

I regret that I've misplaced my copy. However, I have recently watched "Black Christmas" and "Christmas Evil" (both good), and "Don't Open Till Christmas" and "Silent Night, Deadly Night" (both not so good, though the latter has scream queen Linnea Quigley, and the former must set a record for dead Santas).
(But I did just find the HD-DVD of "Christmas Vacation", so I'll put that on the pile to watch.)

If you want a funny holiday movie try 'The Ref' with Denis Leary and Kevin Spacey.
