Okay, the girls like Bradley without his shirt on . . but, when he keeps it on and "acts" it becomes a different and sometimes tiresome affair. Then we have the downside of this extended dialog of protracted insanity.Bipolar and OCD are funny for about 12 minutes but when you stretch it into 120 minutes it makes you weary and nauseous.
Pretty much everyone put their hearts into this film. Even Chris Tucker did well and DeNiro showed his classic moves. Most notable is Jennifer Lawrence for her focus and intensity plus that girl can move those hips.
My jury is still out on this one. I just wish more of Bradley was on the editing floor.

...one of the year's ten best.
Although it's a romantic comedy I found Jennifer to rise above the material and she should be nominated for an Oscar.
Deniro was also excellent - my wife is from Philly and her family are all Eagles'fans - the inside of Deniro's house was papered and furnished very accurately and his obsession was very humorous.
Highly recommended.
while "getting it just right"? (There were no teeth broken in the making of this film.)

This was not nearly as good as I expected it to be, from things I'd read about it ahead of time.
I thought Cooper was pretty good, although I could have done w/o him in every scene. One thing I found odd was Cooper's character having the same "haven't shaved in 3 couple days" scruff in every shot, despite many sections of the movie taking place over consecutive days. Not a big deal, but it was an interesting biological phenom.
First time I'd seen Jennifer Lawrence. She apprears to be a promising talent despite not having the greatest looks - prettiness (?) being the usual pre-requisite for young actress to make it in Hollywood. Lawrence does have quite the body though...
...and loved the movie.

She was also great in Winter's Bone.
