...gets himself grounded - replacing Dana's story in latest episode.
There's hope...
Follow Ups:
and by the time I was done I hated Brody, Carrie, that precocious teen daughter, and the complete lack of reality. Season one seemed almost "believable" but season two just got unhinged.
I'm done. No season three for me.

...the Israeli series "Homeland" was based on. You can find it on Hulu at the link below. Worth watching, but if you don't like it at least it's free to view.

...Dana replaced Brody.
Mom is going to be pissed about her car - maybe she'll have make-up sex with Mike and get naked again...
I actually FF thru the Dana story
fingers crossed about the mom...
;^)
:)I've liked her ever since the Firefly and Serenity days.

imo of course
I could really do without the Brody Bunch unless the mom is naked. The other storyline just got a whole lot more interesting.
...that makes that story line worthwhile.

so that leaves either a showdown or a great escape for him
do Carrie and Dana get together and go on a vacation to save him?
maybe Peter Quinn (CIA operative) helps
How does Saul fit in?
I usually do not like Showtime stuff but this one has an appeal for me based on bits and pieces of CIA task force agendas that we get to see and imagine how close they may be to the real thing.
Alas I fear we'll learn more about Dana's travails next week.
Whatcha wanna bet Brody and the hot daughter of the dude imprisoning him try to make a baby together?
The doctor dude is pretty f'n creepy.
Altho I'm growing weary of Carrie's mental issues, I thought Claire Danes did a fantastic job in this week's episode.

...there were parts of the first two seasons where things moved slowly, too.
But it's enough to keep you coming back for more.
From what I've read, they may be making a lot of it up as they go.
a storyline and let it develop with supporting storylines adding
to it. So far we have Dana acting out, Carrie in the nuthouse, the CIA under attack in Congress, and Brody up Sh!t's Creek. Let's hope the writers pull this puppy together. FTR, I thought the last episode to clearly be the best, so far, this season.

"I'd like to own a squadron of tanks"
Totally a shot in the arm episode. I'm looking for the explanations of
whey he is where he is: the show just became rife with really intesting
possibilities and directions to go in. I'll bet the Iranians they're
after show up in the new location. Quinn too. Not to mention Carrie, of
course. I'm eager for the next episode with rekindled enthusiasm.

J.R.
