They used to get dvd's the day after I mailed them. Now it's four days. Is this the infamous 'smoothing'? I have not been sending back that many movies, maybe 2-3 a week.
I've had some other weird problems. The other day I was sent disc #31 from my queue.
They take an extra day to send out discs when I call to complain.
Is anyone else having problems like this lately?

Follow Ups:
Netflix sent me stuff which was never in my queue, such as DVDs when only BDs were present. On several occasions I received BDs which I previously viewed and returned months ago. The chance of my ever receiving a recent release was zero, (having very long waits assigned to them). When I signed in using another person's ID and password (with their permission, of course,) and who wasn't a frequent user and received discs sent from the same hub (as myself), these titles had no waits assigned to them. I gave up on getting discs from Netflix, and only use their streaming. I use Redbox for any recent release.

I get a new one within two days. Has been like this for two years.
I went from about 8 disks a month to about 5. Really burned me up.
or else it is a big coincidence!
If you rent too many movies, especially blockbusters, they slow down shipping to you. They lose money on frequent users. The profits are in the folks who may only rent a couple a month-they get priority with discs.
