Rumor has it (according to several of Mickey's loves) that he was as tall in bed as he was short outside of it (that's somewhat of a quote from one of them going on my deteriorating memory).

He reputedly rhapsodized about their sex life later, but Gardner said, "He may have enjoyed the sex, but [goodness knows] I didn't."[citation needed] She once characterized their marriage as Love Finds Andy Hardy."
