Or taste of it, if edible. A quiz using your selections against tomato-based ratings.
I don't see "Blame It On Rio" in the offerings, so doubt that this has any credibility.
Follow Ups:
Scored 80. They comment that is High Brow taste. I never thought my Star Wars was HB taste.
Cheers

You left the answer boxes completely blank?

completely unaware of a non-English speaking film world out there.

...no 108?
I would give him 110, but hey, 108 ain't so bad either.

67 out of a possible 100
thanks

There were quite a few years where I had a hard time picking anything and did leave a few blank. It's pretty depressing looking at most of those options.
...said she scored a 78.
I taught her well.

"I'd like to own a squadron of tanks"
... your taste in movies surely stinks. That list is pathetic.Just kidding! Really though, is it possible to know how good one's taste is?
You do what you do and you like what you like - end of story.

Folks here seem to know movies very well.
That, plus the deliberate omission of "Sahara" for 2005. That would have bumped up scores for sure.
...hey I was excited to see Pulp Fiction as a choice in the first box - one of my all time favorites.
Went downhill from there.
Where was Reanimator or Repo Man?
....I wasn't familiar with maybe 40% of the films listed...and yet my performance was "exemplary". Exemplary? I recently completed a course of study at the local community college and the minimum passing grade was 77. In the popular culture they just keep coming up with new ways of celebrating mediocrity (paraphrased from one of the listed films).

A very high score. Your taste in films is exemplary.
Most movie critics are stuck-up assholes, IMHO.
moronic twits would like. I doubt many chose according to there true tastes. There just wasn't enough blood and bosoms represented for me to show my true colors.
Only four short of anymore poor 69 jokes too!
But now that I think about it you may be the only other person I know of that's also seen "Machete".
"Machete Kills" is queued up.

If I like a movie, I enjoy it regardless of critical acclaim or disdain (preference for popcorn or caviar makes no difference in respect to personal enjoyment). Of course, opinions on whether to see a movie can be influenced, but that's the nature of consensus reviews (ergo Rotten Tomatoes). It wasn't a bad idea to use a base of Tomato ratings for flavor, but where good taste is concerned there should be more ingredients to choose from (larger selection of reviewed films).

61 and exemplary? Much of it was like wading through crap or just picking one I saw.

but I didn't need THAT bonehead quiz to realize that.
Couldn't even FORCE myself to choose one from 1996.
And choosing "Titanic" over the other abysmal selections?
Yuck.

...especially since I scored "70 out of a possible 100. A very high score. Your taste in films is exemplary."
My favorite movie is It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. Obviously my taste is questionable.

Just OK on the other ones.
