The Diving Bell streaming with no subs

Am I right in presuming it should have subs?
It streams without them, tried on home system, and also on my work computer.
Could anyone try and confirm?
Another one with no subs - Blackthorn. There are passages of them speaking Spanish, still with no subs.

I noticed the other day that there is now a "subtitles" selection on the film's streaming page. Take a gander.

  Most of the subbed films stream normally, The Diving Bell was the first one that I encountered without - could you try it and let me know if you can stream it with the subs?

    I kept going back and finally one day the subtitles were there. I did put in two problem alerts but never saw a timely response to them.
