there are a multitude of them. 'The Housemaid' is an excellent look at Korean upper class and how they treat others including the new housemaid. Highly stylized, terrific art direction, high drama with a touch of Lynch, and some eroticism. Very sophisticated work.
One of my favorite bits was where "daddy" is teaching his young daughter how to act around others: "Being polite doesn't mean you are being nice, it means you are getting what you want." Pretty cold.

The attempted coup de théâtre ending pushed it into the realm of absurdity - at least for me and my wife. It did have its moments however, including the line you quoted.
"over the top" ending was a bit TOO Korean from the standpoint of necessary violence. Although, I appreciated the picnic showing life will go on on their terms.
