The way they list (or don't list) everything sucks! That is the primary reason I don't use them. To me they never had good service. Don't call us, go to the website and figure it out.

Heck, I can even do ten minutes.
C'mon... look at their price tag, and tell me where else you get that much for your buck.

I'd rather pay more and have a good website myself. If I followed movies more closely I would know the titles I wanted but since the turn of the century I have not. Now I'm way behind. I just bought "The Reader" as a used DVD for $1.25- nice film.

For $10/month? Where the Hell else can I find that kind of content, available 24/7/365?
Must say, I often use Instantwatcher.com to look things up and add them to my list.
Netflix sure ain't perfect, but it sure is a bargain for what you get.
I thought it was 8 to stream but 2 bucks is no big deal. I went to look and see if they had a movie and you can't do that anymore. You have to log in or try a free trial, no way to search anymore. I wanted to see if they had "Living in Oblivion" w/Buscemi. I streamed five years ago with my friends account when he went overseas w/o net access. It was OK but terrible to search the database. My issue is not knowing the titles of what movies I might like after stopping following closely as I once did.
