film that seeks to convince the viewer that Steve really is the father of those three kids.
Yawn.
When a filmmaker chooses as his subject the preeminent physicist of his time, he would do well not to trivialize the man and his life by reducing it to a tawdry, "is he or isn't he" question.
The film is a black hole for wasted effort and talent.

especially since there is not-so-nice details in it. Remember, the question of "does it work" was answered--yes, it's not involuntary.

  relationship so much? Who cares? Oooooh, a severely restricted guy's wife may have an affair?
  That's to be accepted, not much to marvel at, not much to base a film upon.
  Anyhow, a disappointing season of film continues to be so.
