I liked the movie with the interesting twist at the end. It's not hard to see why Tom Hardy is pretty much in every movie and the tv series - very likable guy, but he mostly shines as villain, particularly as the ruthless Jewish mobster Alfie Solomons in Peaky Blinders.
I bet he's excellent as Bill Sikes in Oliver Twist miniseries.
James Gandolfini was as usual - commanding the every scene with his presence.

Follow Ups:
I love a good little character story.
And yes, the cast did a great job across the board.
I particularly loved the ending.

The wife and I watched on Sunday. We both liked it.
