Ethan Hawke plays an Air Force Major and drone pilot stationed at the drone complex outside of Vegas. We see early on what he does and how it works, then mission creep starts building and finally his crew is forced to take orders from Christians In Action. The CIA has them flying outside the prescribed war zone and changes their targeting to almost anything that looks suspicious. This wears the good Major down and causes big problems with his wife (January Jones) and family. Ultimately, Hawke starts screwing up missions out of conscience and his career careens down hill. This is a low-key film with Hawke, Jones, Greenwood, and Zoe Kravitz. I feel like this is a form of propaganda showing drone pilots do more than play games all day. They kill people and see it up close.
I even gave a cocked-eye to the recent creation of special medals for drone guys but now I'm okay with it. See, propaganda can be successful.

...what will be like when they ran out of water? Now, that you should see...
"Somebody was always controlling who got a chance and who didn't. - Charles Bukowski
Statham plays a pro body guard with a black jack problem. He gets himself in hot water for avenging a call girl's beating meted out by a mega-rich high roller. Lotsa A-list cameos in the film with plentiful violence, of course.
One thing, Statham is brought to some weird casino-justice by Tucci who owns the casino of the rape incident. He went willingly knowing that "Bunny" could sentence him to death! (Can that be based on any truth?)
Statham and his partner had their office front and digs in Paradise and the tone of the movie was what real Vegas people do. His character hated Vegas but just couldn't escape the Black Jack table or life. An evil quicksand, per se.
Red Box or 1ch.
Almost as bad as Crank--I think JS just picks up the Paychecks now--pityI liked his earlier stuff-
or maybe his agent needs to vet better material

Most only in one scene (like Jason Alexander) but still there. I'd give it a 2.5 overall with a 3.0 for criminal interests.
2 Max from Moi!--he just seemed thoroughly disinterested in the whole shebang
Lets' hope Mechanic 2 coming up is as good as the first--RIP the TT--which was it a
VPI/Basis/Project?--I did read it somewhere-as for the E-type- if it was an original-- there's half
the film budget up in smoke--literally--Ha!

C&D just had an article relating the costs of cars to the total cost of the film. The Mustang and Charger in Furious7 were more expensive than all the other cars combined. The Mustang and Charger in Bullit were nearly half the cost of the film. Guess they weren't stock, huh?
