Great movie !
Coogler follows up his brilliant Fruitvale Station with another stellar piece of film making. Creed succeeds every bit as much as the original Rocky ...and I think this was Stallone's best performance since.
The best filming of a boxing match I've ever seen. Kudos to the cinematographer.
I have a suspicion that as with Spielberg/Hanks we'll see more from Coogler/Jordan ...at least I hope so.
No spoilers here ...see it.

Follow Ups:
Great story telling and entertaining. The only cheesy thing that struck me was the "Rocky" fanfare at the beginning of the 12th. I groaned.
Maybe Jordan will get a PC nomination if Will Smith doesn't knock him out later this month.
Hi, I don't want to ruin the movie for you but the only survivors of the Rocky saga besides Stallone are Cuff and Linc his pet turtles...Mark Korda....might make a good trivia question.
The running in the street with the motorcycles following him was a film highlight. Fight scenes, especially the first, filmed beautifully. Michael B. Jordan is the man! Packed theater on a cold rainy Sunday afternoon.

"E Burres Stigano?"
Two thumbs up. "Creed" is imo the best of the Rocky sequels. Michael B. Jordan and Sylvester Stallone work well together. And try as hard as he might to stay low keyed Stallone couldn't help stealing a scene or two. This movie should be strongly considered to be on a holiday 'must see list'.
...a low bar indeed.

Fine performances all around. A nice cap to the Rocky saga.
