Avatar 3D Blu-ray Question

I have received my free Avatar 3D Blu-ray from Panasonic. Can I watch it on my Panasonic Blu-ray Player and Panasonic 50" GT30 Plasma without 3D Glasses? I have not bought any Panasonic 3D glasses yet. I did not want to open the Avatar blu-ray if it was not going to look OK without glasses. thanks

I knew I did not make my question clear. The Blu-ray player is 3D. The only thing I lack is glasses. I did not want to buy glasses just so I could watch the free Avatar Bluray. Does anyone have experience with this free 3D Avatar from panasonic to know if it is watchable without special glasses? thanks

Altho yer TV is 3D ready, your Blu Ray player may or may not be, depending on model. Also, this Panny won't provide a 3D piccy without glasses.

Very few TVs out there provide a 3D image without glasses and of those that do, I haven't read glowing reviews about their 3D image.

If yer questions is regarding whether or not you'll get a good 2D piccy without glasses, sure, it'll be great.

Having said all that, I'm no authority, just basing my opines on what I've read in magazines. Sumbuddy else may have better info for you.
