I have an Oppo BDP-83 that was having trouble with the disc loading tray. All I did was call, get an RMA number and ship the unit to them. They repaired it and shipped it back to me free of charge. This was a three year old unit and it came back sounding better than ever.

This was the best customer service I have ever had with any electronic component. They have a fan here in Houston
