Amazon will stop supporting their streaming app on September 26. They are already pushing their Amazon Fire on me.
Does this mean it won't work at all, or that it will work, but they won't like it like Windows?

I would suspect that if it works now, it will keep working, but it won't get updated in the future. I've seen that with NetFlix apps, some are better than others as the old TVs don't get the new feature updates.
