 Lots of stuff for that price. Of course, the picture quality -- especially black levels -- will need to be evaluated for any consideration to be given to this interesting display. Even if the video processing was not that great, one could get a DVDO Edge processor to handle those duties (provided a 1:1 input was available so that the internal processor could be defeated).

And look, a Bluetooth remote. Hmmm... now where have we seen that before? Anyway, you can see Vizio's (August 2010?) 73" LED LCD

 However at that price range I wouldn't consider a TV. $3500 can buy a lot of front projector real-estate. IMHO if you can fit a TV of that size in your HT room..you might as well step up to a projection screen.That's unless you watch TV with sunlight shining directly into the area.

 If Vizio can meet some videophile minimums, this display will really rock. As I said, it's going to take a review from a trusted source to give a thumbs-up on this before I would consider it. I'm sure it would make a kick-ass computer monitor, even by the crappy video quality from that site. Anyway, I'm still looking at Panasonic's broadcast line of plasmas which won't be released until Q4 2010 -- at least the 65" model -- for my next display purchase.

 Yup, Vizio for new technology...since they do current technology so well. Just as well if somebody chooses it though, it'll probably last just long enough until the real/de facto 3D standards emerge, so they'll be replacing it anyway. :)

 I've read(can't remember where) Panasonic is planning to release their own 3D plasma in the near future. I agree Vizio has come a long way. It won't be long before they'll be going head up with the best out there. The Vizio brand quality seems to get better every year.

 The 3D aspect of the display isn't something that interests me. I'm sure there will be some people who would love 73" of 3D in their living room or den, but that's not me (at least not now or in the near future). What is "good" about the 3D tech is that, in order to get it as close to its intented presentation as possible, manufacturers have to step up their game in several other areas of their display technology. This will be beneficial to anyone buying these displays, whether they want the 3D tech or not (it doesn't have to be engaged if you don't want to use it). It's a win-win for 2D and 3D.

Last I read, Panasonic is teaming up with Disney and will be setting up 3D demos around the country: Disney's 3D Blu-ray material and Panasonic's 3D Blu-ray players and 3D plasmas.
