Beg to differ on several points...Winona overacts, or more accurately her technique shows. She's just not a natural actress, IMHO. Uma? Man, her Poison Ivy and "The Avengers" characters were just embarassing to watch. But then again those were really two bad movies. Ethan Hawke is not so bad. I'd deem him at least a notch, acting-wise, above pretty boys Tom and Brad. Gattaca was great. Before Sunrise is not bad on a lazy Sunday afternoon with the missus :) Now, Heather Graham, that particular scene in Boogie Nights is enough to make me not wanna bag on her forever, if you know what I mean.
