Ray Bradbury, respect him as I do, is grossly in error here.

The fact that the title to Michael Moore's film may allude in an indirect fashion to Bradbury's Farenheit 451 isn't plagerism, because it's a completely different title. Ray Bradbury can't copyright the word "Farenheit" which he himself borrowed from the famous scientist's family name and "911" isn't "451" (i.e., the temperature which paper burns).

Sadly, Mr. Bradbury's politics appear to have creeped into his critical rhetoric judging from his flippant dismissal of Moore's Golden Palm Award and snide remarks about the French and foreigners in general. If he doesn't agree with Mr. Moore's views, then that's fine, but I wish he would've addressed that in his critique rather than come across as crotchety and more than a trifle petty.
