"Casino Jack," "Barney's Version." Enough with the Jewish stuff, already. Do we not

Both WAY over the top performances, too.
Jack Abramoff: an unsavory character; the film argues that a guy who was scum and a guy whose associates sometimes ended up whacked by the Mafia was an innocent, just a tad too greedy. Colossal bullshit.
"Barney's Version:" why did this guy's life seem to be interesting enough for a film? It isn't.
And enough with the Jewish weddings, the endless repetitions of, "Mazel tov!" The clichés that should have died with Benny Youngman.
Just being Jewish isn't a plot. Or interesting. Or funny.
How many films about Arab-Americans do we get, domestically? How about any other ethnicities?
If Hollywood isn't dominated by one religious sect, it certainly appears to be. It's one year-round circle of propaganda.
Why not a film about Tom DeLay? He was a far more interesting character.
Neither of these films is good. Actually, they're both lousy, for many of the same reasons.
Kevin Spacy and Giamatti don't let ONE chance to chew scenery pass. Gnaw, gnaw, gnaw for 2-plus hours, each. Neither have plots.
I should have seen, "The King's Speech," again and not wasted my time and money on these idiotic films.
Shame on the principal actors. They're both better than this.
