Help, where can I order S-VHS tapes?

I just bought a new VCR with S-VHS compatibility. Where I live (un Asia) it is almost impossible to find a retailer who sells S-VHS tapes. Does anyone know any consumer on-line merchant that I can order from without paying an arm and a leg?
