RP91 really isn't an option.

Thanks for the link and the info on the RP91. Right now, the RP91 is way out of my league, especially since I just got laid off! :D The RP56 is far closer, but what I was really interested in was the real info on the new Panasonic progressive decks... if they're still using the Sage/Faroudja chipset.

If they are, and the info on the link I sent out is right, then it looks like the CP72 is *exactly* what I've been looking for:

* Progressive with Sage/Faroudja chipset
* not silly expensive
* MP3 capability
* 5 disc changer to replace my old CD changer
* DVD-Audio

Since the RP56 has the ones that are really important to me (the first two or three), I won't be really heartbroken if Panasonic switched to another chip.
