The difference between Composite and S-Video on the X-Box is huge - huge. Component lets you realize 480p 720p and 1080i if your TV can handle it, again a big improvement. I think you can buy a X-Box to SCART cable from lik-sang.com, but I think it is S-Video quality. Your best bet is to swap cables every time you want to watch a DVD.Don't get lazy and start using the Xtreme-Box to play DVD's.
