I can not seem to find any speaker setup options. I have a choice of 2 channel analog out or digital out via optical or coax. These are just the back jacks. No specific "speaker" settings on the machine. It does have a 3d sound feature for stereo output. This sounds like it works with discs recorded in Dolby Surround or Dolby Digital, but needs to be set for each disc. I'm going to play with that and see what happens.The DVD player is a Samsung DVD-M301.
