The speaker setup options are not on the player. On my Samsung player the remote has a button labelled SETUP. When you press this option while a disc is playing you get several setup options on the screen - one of which is for setting up the speakers.
I am not familiar with your DVD player but this is a fairly standard option found on most DVD players.hope this helps
