Adcom v Denon for HT.....I Need Some Advice

I plan to upgrade to a 7 channel HT system and for the electronics I can't decide between a high-end receiver or mid-fi separates. I'm torn between the Denon AVR-4802 and the Adcom GFA-7607 power amp and GTP-860 pre/pro. Let me know what you think.
