Has anyone used this into their hi-fi for an improvemnt of downmixed 5.1 -> PCM? I'm debating doing away with my plethora of speakers to simplify to strictly 2 CH (2nd time I've done this).Running my 999ES (analog out L/R downmixed from 5.1) straight into my amp (with volume control) I'm noticing the center channel information seems to be a little lacking, as the L/R speakers still have the ambiance information from the center voices, but yet, there's no center channel. Suppose to be a downmixed 5.1 -> PCM, but somehow I think the downmixing is pretty pritive?
