Duilawyer is right - Jazz Inmate is incapable of admitting he's wrong.
Here's what Jazz Inmate (Gremal) wrote on this subject, obviously referring to you, on Blu-ray.com yesterday.
Warner Brother Blunders "exploited by HD DVD fanatics"
It's significant to note that he did not retract this false statement even while issuing you an "apology" here. He then followed up his apology here with this post today. He may have typed the words "I apologize," but it's clear he didn't mean it in the slightest.
The word "disingenous" comes to mind.
