RE: Yamaha RX-V373 5.1-Channel AV Receiver

you need to write down how you are goin to make this all work. then buy the receiver.if the receiver does not have the connections it wont work.all you need is hdmi mch analog input and analog mch preout. thats what I use to power 5 amps. 3 are mch and the other 2 are stereo.I cant help you because you want to use the stereos as the main source.just experiment to make it work. thats what I did. no one could help me because I use a lot of gear.I think I have some discs that play back 5.1 in 3 different amps. thats different.I like the sound from bd concerts the best.

my hi rez audio starts from the player it gets fed into 3 mch amps 1 has hdmi the pre outs go to stereo amps. if I want I can play up to 30 speakers at once.I use the hdmi & the analog mch outs at the same time to different receivers. dvd audio is done the same way. I bought a dvd audio player that has 4 front & 4 rear conectors.it also plays sacds.
dts-cds dvd-audio &mch sacds & blu-ray concerts & speaker amp sound system tweaks
