"Domino."
Yes, Keira Knighley transforms herself from the innocent of Pride and Prejudice, showing that an edgy haircut, grimacing, a collection of tats, and a dirty and occasionally lacerated face indeed can look silly.
A few years ago, seemingly every other male actor aspiring to gravitas thought it incumbent to portray (Rainman, Slingbade, Sam) someone of limited intelligence or with some easily recoginzable developmental malady.
With Ms. Portman in "V...", Keira in this, and (the originator) Charlize Theron in "Monster," we have witnessed the birth of a new genre.
Poor us.
I'd share more about Domino but it would involve recalling it.

Ex nihilo, nihil fit . . .
I like Keira Knightly and against my better judgement rented Domino. It is unbearable to watch and so after about 20 minutes started fast forwarding and eventually just returned it. I can often watch a good stoopid movie but this one thought it was cool or something, it just seemed so full of itself I could not stand it.On contrast I really liked Pride and Prejudice, I think mainly because the writing and dialogue is so good but I think she was excellent in it.
...would anyone go and see another film with Keira?I have heard she is considering the DD size breasts implants.

owns the local video store highly recommended this as a good action film.
I'm just a nice guy who didn't want to insult him (especially since I passed on renting his other high recommendation, Paper Clips).
