Apparently it's extremely controversial. Glenn dives into it. I want to see it.

It's mildly entertaining, and the slow pace makes me love the fast forward button sometimes.

I'm trusting that mired in syrup pace will eventually lead to a satisfying conclusion..., posted on December 16, 2025 at 18:00:07

preferably before, say, the new WH Ballroom is finished.

Hoping my faith in Vince Gilligan doesn't get jolted. Well, slowly jolted.

It's nice that Carol is softening up a bit.

Still, it's miles from Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul territory

I tried to watch the youtube video about the "controversy" but could only take a few minutes of it.

So far, I really like it. It's set up as science fiction but it gets into lots of areas that might be called philosophical. Like if all people share the same mind, do they all feel pain when one of them is injured?

This is not anything like Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul, but it does have Vince Gilligan's signature look and style, even down to being set in Albequerque.

As noted above, there are many huge issues that are going to be hard to resolve, this situation could turn in any direction at all, so it is both completely unpredictable and fun to discuss in ways that most shows are not.

As far as the pace, it's moderately slow, but I enjoy watching it...it is the one show I look forward to the most right now, so it must not be too slow for me.

The return of Zosia is one welcome one...N/T, posted on December 21, 2025 at 22:08:45
