It's just that the cinematography was great and the movie itself holds on its own even now. When I was younger Faye Dunaway did not have any effect on me. I guess I finally matured enough to realize what a knockout she was. Stunning!

Add to that she has/had a reputation of being hard to work with. Bette Davis commented when asked who she regretted or would never work with again... HANDS DOWN FAYE DUNAWAY! Ms. Davis said Dunaway was totally unprofessional.... I don't doubt it....
