The Turkish 2023 film "About Dry Grasses" moves slowly, but it keeps you interested. Some of the dialogues are long, but they are meaningful.

I love the Turkish films - the ones I have seen were interesting, and this one is no exception.

It is actually OVER three hours long, so we watched it split into two parts.

I would join you and share your Dom... bucket - not so much.

There's much to be said for watching such a movie in one swoop, to maintain the emotional flow, but how many people can do it?

Don't feel disappointed when at one point it begins to feel like those social agenda pieces of crap... that will pass.
