Another worthwhile time spent on this one. A loner gambler played very well by Oscar Isaac moves from casino to casino winning only moderate amounts to escape notice by management. This individual has a dark past experience that have shaped his habits. As the film progresses he is joined by two other characters. This is a dark tale with some rays of sunshine. Excellent added talent provided by Willem Dafoe, Tiffany Haddish, and Tye Sheridan.
