As for canceling, we did that a few years ago, it took less than 3 minutes.

I got the same thing. Also, I apparentlyI have a bunch of packages being held by ups but they need some more info to make the delivery. Same for FedEx.

I have got those fake emails about Amazon Prime too, same deal, doesn't expire.
But you're right, it Was easy to quit Netflix!
